I live in the UK but travel back home to visit family in Dublin quite a lot, often taking the ferry into Rosslare. I came across the Stonecutter by accident the first time I visited but since then my journey from Dublin to or from Rosslare generally includes a diversion for, what I consider to be, some great tasting, hearty food. The last couple of times I've been to the Stonecutter I've got chatting with the chef and his dedication to good quality, locally sourced food is, in my view, a real rarity. I only wish I could get that sort of food here in London. I have to say I agree completely with the comments above.
